Workspace

What is workspace?

The workspace is the top-level data management unit in THORN, and all your articles and sites must be located in a specific space.

We suggest dividing workspaces according to specific usage scenarios. For example, you can create two spaces, "Work" and "Life," to separately handle work-related and life-related articles and websites.

It is important to note that the data in each workspace is isolated from each other.

Manage workspaces

After entering the "Overview" page (clicking on the first icon button in the top left corner), open the space management dialog box at the top, as shown in the picture above, and you can add, delete, and edit spaces.

Managing Data Synchronization

The data synchronization status of each space is independently maintained, and there is a complete copy of the data for each space stored in the cloud.

You can check the synchronization status of the current space by following the steps shown in the screenshots.

You can also perform full or incremental synchronization of workspace data status here.

By default, THORN only automatically synchronizes the latest 100 data objects that have been changed.
